Astrava is committed to delivering premium, reliable services. To ensure fairness, transparency, and protection for both clients and Astrava, the following policies apply to all Virtual Assistance, Website Design, Digital Marketing, and Graphic Design Services.

• If a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope or quality standards, Astrava will redo or replace the service at no additional cost.
• Replacement applies only to the original agreed scope of work. Any requests outside the scope (new tasks, expanded requirements, or additional features) require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.
• Replacement is limited to one round per deliverable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Replacement does not apply to services completed according to the agreed scope but later deemed unnecessary by the client.

• Refunds are considered only if Astrava is unable to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeframe.
• Partial refunds may apply if only a portion of the service was completed and delivered.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the applicable timeframe.
• Refunds are processed only to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

             Refunds are not available for:

• Services completed and delivered according to the agreed scope.
• Client‑initiated cancellations after work has begun.
• Services involving third‑party platforms (ads, email campaigns, social media posts) once executed.
• Situations where the client changes business direction, strategy, or no longer requires the service after commencement.

             Astrava’s determination on refund eligibility is final and binding.

• Initial Payment Window: Clients have 10 calendar days after payment to request a refund in writing if they decide not to proceed.
• No Refunds After Start: Once the project has started, refunds are not available under any circumstances.
• Migration to Another Provider: Refunds are not allowed if a client migrates their website during the subscription term. Astrava is not responsible for compatibility issues or losses resulting from migration.
• Renewal Period: Clients have 14 calendar days after renewal to request cancellation and a refund. Beyond this, no refunds are issued.

• Campaign Execution: Once a campaign has been launched (ads, email sends, or social posts), refunds are not available.
• Third‑Party Costs: Astrava is not responsible for charges from advertising platforms, email providers, or social networks. These costs are non‑refundable once incurred.
• Performance Disclaimer: Astrava guarantees execution according to agreed scope but does not guarantee specific outcomes (sales, leads, engagement metrics).

• Creative Approval Window: Clients have 7 calendar days after delivery to request revisions within the agreed scope. Beyond this, revisions may incur additional charges.
• Final Files: Once final files are delivered and approved, refunds are not available.
• Usage Rights: Astrava grants clients full rights to approved designs. Unauthorized resale, transfer, or misuse voids service guarantees.

• Astrava is not liable for fraudulent activity, scams, or misconduct committed outside the agreed scope of work.
• Clients must exercise due diligence when sharing sensitive information.
• Verified fraud results in termination of the assistant’s services and replacement.
• Refunds are not provided in fraud cases; Astrava’s responsibility is corrective action only.

• Verified AWOL cases result in termination and replacement at no cost.
• Refunds are not provided in AWOL cases.
• Astrava reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove assistants found to be AWOL.

• Clients must maintain professional, respectful, and lawful conduct.
• Abusive behavior, harassment, threats, or disrespect toward Astrava staff will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
• Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or attempts to exploit Astrava’s services result in termination and forfeiture of all fees.
• Clients are responsible for accurate information, clear instructions, and timely communication.
• Astrava reserves the right to refuse service to any client whose behavior compromises safety, integrity, or reputation.
• Astrava reserves the right to pursue legal remedies if misconduct causes damage.

• Astrava does not provide or sell leads, email contacts, or subscriber lists.
• Technical support covers essential fixes, updates, and performance management only. Advanced development or new feature builds require a separate agreement.
• All services are non‑transferable and non‑assignable.
• Astrava reserves the right to update policies at any time, with changes applying to all ongoing and future services.
• By engaging Astrava’s services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms without exception.
